Booking to be made at least 7 days before the event. To secure the booking, non-refundable & non-transferable service fee to be paid in full.

Cancellation of booking after payment, will result in no refund, no reschedule option to cover the loss of other bookings caused by allocating the client’s appointment. Same day cancellation & no show will forfeit your payment with no refund & reschedule option.

R100 will be charged if you are 1 to 15 minutes late, payment due before makeup application commences.

Non-refundable & non-transferrable cancellation of booking will be applied should you be more than 15 minutes late.

The call-out fee, which includes the travel cost(in Johannesburg only) policy is as follow:

1. A fixed call-out fee of R300 applies for locations within 15 kilometres(round trip) from our studio.​

2.  For distances exceeding 15 kilometres(round trip), an additional R10 per kilometre will be charged beyond the initial 15 kilometres.

3. All calls-out distances are calculated based on the round trip from our studio.

4. For bookings outside of Joburg, within South Africa,  the client is responsible for transportation( Flight + 2 check-in luggage allowance) and shuttle services (from studio to departing airport, from destination airport to destination hotel and back to studio), accommodation(5 start Hotel) and food allowance(R250 per day); the call out fee is fixed at R2500(this does not include transportation, shuttle service, accommodation and food allowance)

5. For booking outside of South Africa, point 4 of this policy applies, except the call out fee, which will be fixed at 1000$(this does not include transportation, shuttle service, accommodation and food allowance). 

6. Final call-out fees will be confirmed upon booking.

The Beauty studio is located at  “39 Stanley Avenue, Braamfontein Werf, GP, 2092”; client to calculate the travel cost before booking for

House call.

Last Minute bookings will be charged at an extra 30% of the total service

fee if NoCha Beauty has to squizz the client in a tight schedule. Bookings before or after working hours will incur a R150 extra fee per hour.

NoCha Beauty is not, under any circumstance responsible for any allergic reactions; The onus is on the client to give advance notification for any skin conditions & bring their own products if necessary.
