STUDIO SIGNATURE GLAM BOOKING POLICY 1. BOOKING INFOS Booking confirmation (Payment) is to be done at least 48 hours before appointment The Signature Look is available for all occasions except Bridal bookings (Traditional, Court, and White Weddings). The Signature Look is charged at R1000 for a 1 hour 30 minutes studio session. Full payment of R1000 is required upfront to confirm and secure the booking. No payment = no booking secured. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. 2. LATENESS POLICY - NON-NEGOTIABLE At NoCha Beauty, appointments run strictly on schedule to respect both the artist’s time and other clients. If the client is late, even by 1 minute: Their appointment will be cancelled automatically. Their payment will not be refunded. The booking will not be rescheduled, transferred, redeemed, or reused in any way. Please only book a time you are certain you can honor. The artist is not responsible for client lateness. This policy ensures fairness, professionalism, and a smooth experience for all clients. 3. CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY All payments are strictly non-refundable. Payments are non-transferable. No rescheduling is permitted under any circumstance. Missed appointments, cancellations, or late arrivals will result in full loss of payment. 4. HEALTH & ALLERGIES POLICY NoCha Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions under any circumstance. Clients are responsible for informing the artist in advance about any allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, or medical concerns. Clients may bring their own products if preferred or required. 5. HYGIENE & SANITIZATION POLICY Client safety and cleanliness are a priority at NoCha Beauty. All makeup tools and products are sanitized before and after every use. Brushes, sponges, and applicators are cleaned thoroughly between clients. 6. PARKING & ADDITIONAL COSTS If applicable, the client is responsible for any parking fees. 7. PHOTO & CONTENT CONSENT By booking with NoCha Beauty, the client grants permission for photographs and videos of the makeup work to be taken for marketing purposes, including: Social media Website portfolio Promotional materials If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be shared, please notify the artist prior to your appointment. 8. POLICY CHANGES NoCha Beauty reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates may be communicated via email or reflected directly on the website. 9. CLIENT AGREEMENT By booking makeup services with NoCha Beauty, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions and policies stated above.
HOUSECALL SIGNATURE GLAM BOOKING POLICY 1. BOOKING INFOS Booking confirmation (Payment) is to be done at least 48 hours before appointment No booking will be reserved without full payment confirmation. Clients must communicate their event start time clearly during booking process to allow for proper scheduling and travel planning. 2. PAYMENT, REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable No rescheduling is permitted under any circumstance. Cancellations, missed appointments, lateness, or no-shows will result in full loss of payment. 3. LATENESS POLICY If the client is late, even by 1 minute, a R500 lateness penalty fee will apply. No additional makeup time will be added due to client lateness. NoCha Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the client. 4. DELAYS & TRAVEL POLICY NoCha Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by: Traffic, Load-shedding, Client-related delays, and Personal disruptions or unforeseen circumstances beyond the artist’s control. Clients are encouraged to book appropriately and communicate accurate timelines to avoid disruptions. 5. TRANSPORTATION POLICY a) WITHIN JOHANNESBURG CITY Applicable for bookings within 1km–120km total return distance. Service fee ranges from R1500 – R4500, including travel costs. For photoshoot bookings requiring touch-ups or stay-on assistance, an additional R500 per hour will apply and must be paid upfront upon booking. b) OUTSIDE JOHANNESBURG CITY - WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA Applicable for bookings exceeding 121km total return distance. Service fee starts from R4000 per day,per person and excludes transportation and accommodation costs. The client is responsible for covering: Round-trip flights, Private transport (Uber/Shuttle), Daily meals, 5-star hotel accommodation with breakfast included Return Uber ride to the studio after landing in Gauteng Accommodation and transportation must not be shared. MULTI-DAY BOOKINGS – SIGNATURE GLAMS ONLY An additional R1000 stay-on, per extra day applies and must be paid upfront, this doesnt include the service fee The client remains responsible for accommodation, meals, and transportation for the full duration of the booking. Accommodation must be at a 5-star hotel with breakfast included. Transportation and accommodation are not to be shared. c) OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA Service fee starts from $250 per day, per person, excluding travel and accommodation costs. The client is responsible for covering: Round-trip flights Private transport (Uber/Shuttle) Daily meals 5-star hotel accommodation with breakfast included Return Uber ride to the studio after landing in Gauteng Accommodation and transportation must not be shared. BRIDAL GLAM BOOKING POLICY (One Day: 8hs)- 8am-4pm- Early booking & longer stay available at an extra R500 fee per hour 1. Booking & Payment Booking: at least 4 weeks prior to the event Consultation: Free 30-min virtual session. Trials available at R1000. Deposit: 70% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Final Payment: Due 1 week before the wedding via bank transfer. Booking is confirmed once deposit + signed agreement are received. 2. Service Fee Based on total distance from & to 32 Mayo Road, Blackheath to & from the wedding venue: Total Miles ( 10-30km)R4500 Total Miles ( 31-60km) R5500 Total Miles ( 61-90km) R6000 Total Miles(91-120km) R6500 *INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE Bridal Makeup: Full face + lashes Bonus: + 1 free soft glam for a bridal party member (name must be submitted upon booking). Cancellations •Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 weeks before the wedding day to avoid any additional charges. •Force Majeure: In cases of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, natural disasters, death), the deposit will remain non-refundable as it was used to book-off the wedding day, and no additional charges will be made to the client. •The cancellation cannot be rescheduled, under any circumstances 4. Travel & Setup Travel fee based on location for a return trip, for one day booking For overnight jobs: Flights, transport (non-shared), meals, 5-star hotel (incl. breakfast, non-shared) + Uber to/from studio required. Artist arrives 1 hour early to set up. Provide a well-lit space. 5. Health & Safety Disclose allergies or skin issues in advance. All tools sanitized before use. 6. Time & Late Fees Be ready on time, respectfully. 7. Responsibility Not liable for clothing/accessory damage or makeup under extreme weather. Raise concerns immediately on the day. 8. Photos & Social Media We may use photos for promotion unless you opt out in advance. Please tag us @NoCha_Beauty! 9. Changes to Terms Changes to Terms: The NoCha Beauty reserves the right to modify any part of this policy. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or text as soon as possible 10 Agreement Agreement: By booking the makeup services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above Booking Policy.
BRIDAL PARTY GLAM BOOKING POLICY This service is strictly for Bridesmaids group bookings only. If you are booking for one person only, please book the Signature Studio or Signature House Call service instead. 1. MAKEUP SERVICE FEES GROUP PRICING R900 per person – Group of 3 R800 per person – Group of 4 R750 per person – Group of 5–10 2. TRAVEL FEES Travel fees are charged separately based on the total return distance: 10km–30km: R700 per group 31km–60km: R1200 per group 61km–90km: R1500 per group 91km–120km: R2000 per group 3. BOOKING POLICY Bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance. Please indicate your location and total number of participants when inquiring. Full payment of both the makeup service fee and travel fee is required upfront to secure the booking. One full payment is required for the entire group. Split payments are not accepted. MAKEUP LONGEVITY DISCLAIMER While high-quality and long-lasting products are used, makeup longevity cannot be guaranteed in extreme heat, humidity, or rain. Touch-ups may be required throughout the day depending on weather conditions and activities. 11. PARKING & ADDITIONAL COSTS If applicable, the client is responsible for any parking fees. 12. PHOTO & CONTENT CONSENT By booking with NoCha Beauty, the client grants permission for photographs and videos of the makeup work to be used for Social media, Website portfolio, and/or Promotional materials. If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be shared, please notify the artist before the appointment. 13. POLICY CHANGES NoCha Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email, text message, or website updates. 14. MAKEUP CLASS GENERAL BOOKING POLICY Registration Booking is required at least 96 hours before practice day. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation message/email will be sent once payment is received. If a class is full, you may be placed on a waitlist. For Self Glam Classes, selected products/tools will provided at for practice purposes only. For Professional Classes and Intensive Masterclass, students are encouraged to bring their own makeup kits, otherwise, products and tools will be provided for practice only. Professional Makeup Classes require a consultation before booking confirmation. Punctuality Please arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Classes start strictly on time. If you arrive 30 or more minutes late, missed sections will not be repeated. No additional time will be added for late arrivals. Arriving more than 1 hour late may result in missing a significant portion of the class without repetition or compensation. Cancellation & Rescheduling All payments are non-refundable, without exception. Cancellations made in writting at least 2 days before the class qualify for ONE reschedule opportunity, subject to availability. Cancellations made in less than 2 days before the class are non-refundable and non-transferable. Students may transfer their booking to another person with prior notice. No-shows automatically forfeit the booking without refund or reschedule. If NoCha Beauty cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
