SIGNATURE LOOK AT STUDIO POLICY

NO LATENESS POLICY- THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO LATENESS ALLOWED.
At NoCha Beauty, appointments run strictly on time to respect our schedule and other clients. If you arrive late, even by 1 minute:
YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY
YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and THE BOOKING CAN NOT RESCHEDULDED OR REDEEMED IN ANY OTHER WAY
Please only book a time you can honor as the artist is not responsible for lateness. This is to ensure fairness, professionalism and a smooth experience for everyone.

OTHER TERMS
- The Signature look is available for all occasions excepts for Bridal (Traditional, court, white weddings) and is charged at R1000 for 1h30' session at the studio
- Full payment of R1000 is required upfront to confirm and secure the booking. No payment, no No booking secured
- Payments are non-refundable, non-transferrable and with no re-schedule option regardless of, cancellations, lateness, or missed appointments
- NoCha Beauty is not, under any circumstance responsible for any allergic reactions; The onus is on the client to give advance notification for any skin conditions & bring their own products if necessary.
-  All makeup tools and products are sanitized before and after each use to ensure client safety and cleanliness. Brushes, sponges, and applicators are cleaned thoroughly between clients.
- If needed, the client is responsible for the parking fees
-By booking, you grant the makeup artist permission to take photographs of your makeup for marketing purposes, including social media, website portfolios, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please inform us prior to your event.
- The artist reserves the right to modify any part of this policy. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or will be updated on the website.
-By booking the makeup services, the client acknowledges and agrees to NoCha Beauty's terms and conditions and policies.

SIGNATURE LOOK - HOUSE CALL POLICY

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Full payment is required upfront to confirm any booking.
- ALL payments are non-refundable, non-transferrable and with no option to reschedule, regardless of cancellations, lateness, or no-shows
- If the client is late, even by 1 minute, there will be a R500 penalty fee and no additional time will be added. 
- NoCha beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the client, traffic, load-shedding, or personal disruptions
-Client must communicate event start times clearly when booking, to allow for proper time planning.
- NoCha Beauty is not, under any circumstance responsible for any allergic reactions; The onus is on the client to give advance notification for any skin conditions & bring their own products if necessary.
- All makeup tools and products are sanitized before and after each use to ensure client safety and cleanliness.
- If needed, the client is responsible for the parking fees

TRANSPORTATION WITHIN JOHANNESBURG CITY

- Applicable distance: between 1km-120km total distance for a return trip
- Service fee - R1500 - R4500
- The service fee includes the travel fee
-For a photoshoot booking, if any stay on is required for touch ups, it will be charged at R500 per hour, payable upon booking.

TRANSPORTATION - OUTSIDE JOHANNESBURG CITY - WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA 

- Applicable distance: equal or more than 121km total distance for a return trip
- Service fee is R4000 - Does not include transportation and accommodation
- For bookings requiring overnight stay, the client is fully responsible for arranging and covering the following:
Round-trip flight tickets
Transport ( Uber/Shuttles) not to be shared
Daily meals
Hotel Accommodation at a 5-star hotel only, which must include breakfast.
Return Uber ride to the studio after landing in Gauteng
Accommodation and transportation are not to be shared
- For Multi-day bookings for Signature Glams ONLY, a R1000 extra fee applies per additional day, payable upfront upon booking. In this case, the client is liable for accommodation( 5 start hotel ONLY with breakfast), Meals and transportations. The artist will not share the accommodation and transportation with anybody else.

- For Multi-day bookings for Signature Glams ONLY, a R1000 extra fee applies per additional day, payable upfront upon booking. In this case, the client is liable for accommodation( 5 start hotel ONLY with breakfast), Meals and transportations. The artist will not share the accommodation and transportation with anybody else.

- Service fee is 250$
- The client is fully responsible for arranging and covering the following:
Round-trip flight tickets
