The INTENSIVE MAKEUP MASTERCLASS is a 2 weeks (8 days, 4 days per week) learnership program. The Masterclass for aspiring Professionals or experienced makeup artist is an advanced, comprehensive training designed for makeup artists who want to refine their skills and stay ahead in the beauty industry.

For students who prefer to use Nocha’s products and tools during practical sessions, a fee of R2,500 will apply, otherwise, the student should bring a complete kit using the product list provided.

Booking Policy:
Registration
1. Pre-Registration Required: All participants must pre-register for makeup classes. Registration is complete and your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Class Size: To ensure personalized attention, class sizes are limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email will be sent with class details, location, and any materials you are required to bring.
4. Waitlist: If a class is full, you may be placed on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, we will notify you via email or phone.
5. Materials and Tools: For personal use classes, basic tools and products will be provided, at NoCha's discretion, and a list of recommended products will be shared ahead of time. For professional classes, attendees are encouraged to bring their own kit for practical exercises.
After the consultation, the student can pick the most suitable days and make a non-refundable full payment to confirm the booking( For Professional makeup class & Intensive masterclass).
6. Punctuality Is Mandatory
Classes will start on time. Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up and get comfortable.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will miss a full section (e.g., skin prep & base) and we will not repeat it or answer questions related to the missed section.
No time will be extended for late arrivals.
More than 1 hour late = you miss almost half of the class, we will not repeat what you will miss, in order to not delay the rest of the class.
7. Cancellation:

Cancellations by Participant:
Cancellations made by a student for any one on one training, at least 3 days prior to the class are non-refundable but will provide one chance to reschedule towards a future class, depending on NoCha’s Availability
Cancellation made by a student for a group Training, at least 3 days prior to the class, are non-refundable but will grant the student the option to reschedule once, depending on availability on the desired date.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the class are non-refundable, without the option to reschedule. Though you may transfer your spot to another participant, please inform us of this transfer in advance.
2. Cancellations by NoCha Beauty:
If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class.
No-Shows: If you do not attend the class without prior notice, no refunds or reschedule option will be issued and your booking will be cancelled/forfeited, without an option to re-schedule or refund.
8. Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule for another available class, subject to availability if they gave proper notice prior to the class date.
